Mr. Oldfield

I have been teaching Health and Physical Education in Council Rock for 21 years, the last 17 at Sol Feinstone Elementary. I live in Doylestown with my daughter and terrier-lab Trixie. My favorite sport is soccer, and I coached for many years at Montgomery United, Vereinigung Erzgebirge, FC Bucks, and Council Rock South. I played at Penn State University and received All-Big Ten and Academic All-Big Ten honors, and my teams reached the Elite 8 in 1999 and the Sweet 16 in '98 and '01. As an amateur player for VE, my teams won three state titles and made it to the U.S. Open Cup Finals in 2002. I also enjoy writing and have published a number of works of short fiction and nonfiction and write for a local soccer website. You can find me at most Union games.
